Well good news is, I have got into touch with the donation company that my father donated his supra to in 2001 (kars4kids), and I asked questions. A whole bunch of information later, they told me that after the tow truck came for the supra, it was then taken to a auction place in our area to be auctioned off… Well, I think it’s safe to say that the tax deduction that came with donating the supra wasn’t really beneficial considering the car was rare and mint back then. An agent said they may have the VIN saved in a different department, but next I am going to the DMV to see what information I can get. Is there anybody else out there that knows about this car, seen it before, or owns it? (Car has new york license plates and was in new york from 1990’s to 2001 as far as we know)

Huge thanks to members rhartmaier, pdupler, and Red P85 for the support and help.

Images of the car for those who haven’t seen it. Refer to my discussion about this cars trim identification for more info about it.

Your state should have historical record of the VIN for the car under your dads name that's a good start, at least from my end to check the Registry
