Was just looking through the Volk Racing's fitment guide sitting on my desk.. and guess what? Volks fit. They're not just for mk4s anymore.

Volk GT-Cs: 17x8, 4-114.3, +9mm offset

Volk GT-Ps: 17x8, 17x9, 4-114.3, +16mm offset (a 5mm spacer might improve the looks but is not necessary)

Volk TE37s 15x7, 4-114.3, 0mm offset

I love those TE-37's, always have, but too bad the AV-3 doesn't fit. I think it would look awesome on an MKII.

I'm not sure about wheels being "too modern." I can see a not looking good and looking good....but not "too new."

Well I certainly don't want to lead anyone on. For what its worth, I was looking at the newest catalog from Volk.. the one with the Jomo Card+ Supra. Then again... we've had to discontinue wheels right after we published our catalog.

I totally agree, Mikey. That's why I like the Compomotives so much -- classic style with good price in a good fitment.

The GTA is about the only Volk wheel that I deem appropriate.. Will they fit??

GT-A's are available in 17x8, 17x9, 4-114.3, +16mm offset. This one will fit too. Can use a 5mm spacer to look right.

GT-7's are also avail in 17x8, 4-114.3, +18mm
17x9, 4-114.3, +18mm, or -1mm, or +6mm


There is also a new wheel called the GT-U. A really retro BBS look. (perfect for Mike's taste :wink: ) Right now only 18" applications in 5-114.3. They are going to be releasing 17" soon. I will check aplns for mk2s when they are available.

Volks are not custom made per se. They offer certain bolt patterns with certain offsets and sizes. I have to determine it's due to their machine setups. Thats why you will never see a Volk on a Firebird/Camaro/Corvette. They don't make that bolt pattern. Unless someone took the time to fill and drill. Volk just started to offer TE37s for Porsches. I would have to think it's because of the large quantity of Porsches competing in the JGTC.

But if you opt to go for centerlock wheels.. You can get a decent JGTC-spec magnesium TE37. :shock:

This thread is really active.. So what your telling me is that a 0mm offset is possible on Volks for our cars?
