I finally found out why I wasn't getting any heat in the car. The water valve wasn't getting vacuum from the VSV near the washer reservoir, so I took off the hose that supplies vacuum to the VSV and ran it straight to the water valve and voila... heat again!!! The question I have is will having a continuous vacuum running to the water valve hurt it in any way? Also, does anyone have a spare VSV I can purchase?
It won;t hurt at all, except that once it gets warm again, you'll still be getting heat from the vents. I had the one on my Bluepra set up with a manual valve that I could turn on in the winter and off in the warm weather.
