Coil is 40% stronger, hopefully be able to stand up against 8-9psi better than my original 20yr old yota coil.

Its freshens everything up and gives a good starting point for additional upgrades. Stage 2 article is on its way, I just got my repaired ignition box in yesterday.

I did this this weekend, and Wes's write up was VERY helpful. Thanks alot Wes.

One problem that I did run into that Wes didn't (and it was because of parts choices on my part) was that the NGK coil wire boot doesn't work on the Accell Coil, and the Accell Boot doesn't sit right on the Coil Post on the Dist Cap. I ended up removing the boot from the NGK wire and Modifying the accell boot that they give ya to work with it on the coil side of the Dist Cap with the help of a Razor blade and some Clear RTV.

Its not a major problem, just something to be aware of when ya do this...
