215/60s are probably your next best choice. They will be a little smaller than stock but not too bad. Heck I've seen as small 185/60s mounted on the P-type rims (make 'em look like lowrider wheels ). I would see if 235 or 245/50s are available as well.
My car had 195/70s on the Ptype rim when I bought it looked really stupid If you cant find 225s then try 235s on the front. they should fit...I know some others are running them.
