The small threaded hole is for the oil pump housing bolt. The large hole that is threaded is for the oil pump feed line (hard pipe).

sorry should have been clearer i was talking about the hole on the 7m-gte that is not there on the 7m
the big hole to the right of the oil pump feed line, that isnt threaded for anything it is just a hole...
