Ha! thought it was a corolla a coworker said it was a celica super awesome hope I can buy it

1981 Toyota SR5 2 DR, 5 Speed Standard. 48,426 Km or 30,000 miles on the car. Last time car had insurance was in 1991. There was no aircare then, and the car has been sitting for 18 years, good for someone that knows a little about cars, some rust. Car has factory Sunroof, 4 new Michelin tires, rebuilt carb, to get it running, new front brakes. $700 in parts.
Asking $650 with new battery or $550 with no battery.
Thanks

I meant the fact that there was never a Celica SR5.

And I know where you live:mfinger:

-It is not an AE86.
-IIRC the engine should be a 3TC.

Greg, I laughed so hard I am in tears!!!!!

I saw a Corolla like that in a junkyard in the early 90's, very cool style.

that body style is TE72 from 1980 to 1983. Next one looked like that, but have AE86 drivetrain in 1983, but not sr5 model. AE86 started 84 to 87.

Had one. The more miles, the better. Shows they didn't sit for a long time and rot.
