I was thinking of doing the intake pipe, not so much because it is cracked, but rather to finish the air intake. Is there any merit to getting the throttle body that 62mm?

The 62mm Rabid Chimp throttle body does make a big difference. I installed mine today, and at first I was skeptical...until I drove the car. I had driven the car earlier in the day before the install, and then right after I finished putting the new throttle body on.

Wow....throttle response is better, runs very smooth and it just seems like the entire power band has improved. I'm very impressed.
