Hey guys,

i wasn't going to post this, but I thought twice about it cause I'm really Pissed off and want some opinions. Recently one of our member double posted the same question.

I thought i would give him a 'friendly' reminder that double posting isn't necessary since most members click on 'view posts since last visit' link, and not only that it's a waste of space.

Well, this guy appearantly got real offended and sent me a pm and told me to &*% off.

How would you deal with someone like this. Would you ignore it, pm him back, tell him to kiss your @$$...what would your response be. Normally i would just ignore something like this, but I've had a really $#!tty day and this was basically the straw that broke the camels back. I come on this forum to learn, talk to others and have fun...if i want to be told off I can always go back to the supraforums...i thought we had more mature members here...guess not.

flame the $hit out of him. i got in a flame war a bit ago with the new guy that was gonna supercharge his car. he asked a question and i answered it. he didnt like my answer so he acted like a smartass so we went back and forth its in the 5/6/7mgte section. pretty funny though. have fun and release some stress through the pm. thats what id do. no need to take $hit from anyone.

ignore and move on, if there is trouble with more members then it will be brought to a mods attention, until that, be the better person and just shake it off. If they don't want help, don't give it to them.

Especially in the case of double posting, that is a mods job to do, not a members .

I agree 100%...but there's no way that Chris is going to be able to read all the new threads out there. That's what the rest of us are here for, to help the mods when we can and help other people understand that double posting is not needed...peace.

When they ask a question... Ignore them.
When they need help... Ignore them.
When they want to sell parts... Ignore them.
When they need to buy parts for their car... Ignore them.
You get the idea....

Everybody should make up their own list of @$$holes and keep it beside their computer. I just added another name to my little list today. :lol:
