So my options are to buy it from another Supra owner who happens to have one or get an imported one. I guess I'm not likely to find a junkyard 6m.
What is a fair price to pay for one that is un good shape? What should I make sure I check for when buying one?

Sorry for all the questions. I'm just trying to feel out all my options.

yeh get one either from aaron garney or ray fong...both are good, im getting mine from mr. aaron garney which sells for about 1199 but talk to him he will fill you in on more info and i think ray sells for 600

you should mention that that 1199 is for a refreshed 6m with new water pump etc

Thanks for the clarification, SupraFiend. My engines come with a one year warranty, and have been compression tested. They will arrive at your doorstep with all new external seals, valve cover gaskets, new timing belt and water pump installed. Take care guys.
