Where can I find 83 supra body parts online?
I need a rear fender and a front header panel.

When you say rear fender, do you mean the read fiberglass flare, or the rear metal quarter panel??? If you just need the flare I'm sure any junk yard would have it. Remember a celica of the same year would also work for you. If you need the rear quarter panel, Toyota sold those but you'd have to pay them two arms and a leg, plus promise them your first born, plus some cash. It would be cheaper to fabricate one or just chop off the rear end of one from a junk yard. When it comes to these old cars, the junk yard is your friend! Good luck!

While we're on the topic, I also need to replace the right rear fender flare on my car (it had an "incident" with rainy roads and a pole over a year ago). What all is involved with mounting it (I remember having a hard time getting what was left of it off)

The flare is simple enough to remove and replace. I would jack it up and remove the wheel, then get under the wheel well and start unbolting. To put it back, well, it's like 5 or 6 screws/bolts, and that's it! Just make sure the black strip along the lip of the flare that meets with the quarter panel is on nice and snug.
