The Jeff in question was living around the Raleigh area at the time, so I don't think it's Jefe_not, but let's find out. Thanks for the suggestion, RedP85!

I doubt that ir's jefe-not as he was living in Kohler, WI in 2007 when I drove up to see him but he moved out of state shortly after that and sold his Supra and got out of the Supra scene
