Toying with the idea of getting a white "SUPRA" hatch decal instead of the factory black one on my Super Deep Red Supra.

Does anyone have any pics of an SDR with a white decal instead of black by any chance?

Thanks!

After getting a bare metal respray a few years ago ('84 Super Red), I ordered a new hatch decal. I thought I ordered it in black, but after I applied it and removed the outside backing, I was chagrined to find that it was silver instead of black. At first I was ready to cry, but I decided to leave it for the time being. It has now grown on me, and I not only like it, but I also like having a "custom" billboard decal. The car is backed into the garage at this time, but I will try to get you a photo tomorrow. I would strongly recommend, if you are not going to use black, you might consider silver instead of white. The silver just seems a bit more....hmm...."elegant". In fact, it might go even better on the SDR color.

This was my 84 (and first supra), taken with film camera around 2000. Original color was dark maroon (brown) that I had repainted in the SDR color code. I opted to use the white logo sticker (this one is oem), and as you can see the paint shop did not place it correctly. The stripe on the bottom edge of hatch is a silver door edge guard strip. For some reason, I liked having the silver door edge on the hatch and thought it made the logo stand out more.

To each his own, it's your car.
Many like them stock (like me), and it was black. I've seen pic here of either silver or white, and it was making a too big contrast (to my taste) with the SDR.
