I'm needing to get a reflective sun screen to put in my windshield to protect my dash when I'm out. Any recommendations on one that fits well, or am I stuck with generic rectangles?

I like the spring& Mylar kind.Twists into a small circle and it fits into the passenger side door pull.

A couple companies online will build to suit any car and any windows, (sides and rear quarters) as long as you provide them with the dimensions (you need to be exact) but they are usually like $100-$200 or so to have made, I like the spring ones myself as they fold down small, while the custom ones I had did not fold at all, took up a lot of room (I had a 95 Impala SS, with 6 made to fit)

The spring style ones are...GREAT! The one that I use twists up and fits in the door pull.

Ashton over the years I have custom ordered from https://www.covercraft.com/us/en/sunscreens on the pricey side but great fit...You might find them cheaper at a national retailer do a google/Bing search!!

Yup, I bought the Covercraft UVS100. Very nice, very effective. A little tight fit, but I'd rather have that then any gaps letting the sun/heat in on my pristine dash.

Personally, I'd just get the front windshield tinted with Llumar's Air80 ceramic-based film. Its almost completely clear and keeps all the nasty UV rays off the dash. Have it in all my vehicles---except the supra--- and like the fact that I can touch the dash on any of them in the middle of the day in summer and not get burnt. Yes, it really does reflect that much heat, and I have zero issues with the dash on my 4runner, nor has the dash cover's velour in my old truck have any fading at all. Tint has been on that truck since '11 or '12.

There's other brands also, 3M has their crystalline film iirc, and Suntek has one also, just look for a film with no more than 20% shading and also make sure the film has excellent IR energy reflection and >99% UV protection.
