Okay, I know that this has been covered and that the 5m head will bolt up to the 7m block, but what all is needed in order to do this? Eg. 5m rods/pistons, etc.

Attached to a 6M? :zzzzz: Naw seriously you'll probably have a hell of a time getting just a 6M pulley unless an importer or a member here is parting a 6M. At the end of the day unless you have a compelling reason to use a 7M block its probably cheaper/easier to get a 6M. Yes, the 5m ECU and harness go well with the 6m. You can even use your 5m intake and egr on the 6m if the smog nazis in your area require stock smog shit.
