I don't have one, but you can probably get this fixed for about $20 plus some labor. Most of the time the motor brushes are worn out and need replacing, which most small electric engine or alternator shops can do. But you first have to remove the blower motor. My recommendation for the first time is to remove the entire blower, then figure out how to pull off the motor. To pull the blower, you will probably need to hack saw off most of a stud going through the firewall that blocks you from dropping the blower.
Watch out for any vacuum hoses in the area around the blower, they are important.
