Front bumper cover removal tips?

The front right corner of my car has been molested by another vehicle and the body shop said if I bring them just the bumper cover it would save me about $150 worth of their labor to get it on/off. All it needs is a little fiberglassing and some touch-up paint but I have never messed with fiberglass on a body panel and I REALLY don't want to learn the hard way by making a huge mistake or missing a step or something. Anyways, I am not sure how to get the thing off so any advice would be helpful.

Thanks guys! Supergregotti that drawing will be very helpful thanks a ton!

Celipra--do you have a better/cheaper way to patch a crumpled/ripped/smashed hole in plastic? If so I'm all ears.
