Pressure plate torque specs seem so low, loctite?

I remember the last time I installed the clutch on this motor and I was thinking 14 ft lb's was really low. Well I am about to install raptor racings 6 puck feramic and wanted to know do you guys loctite the pressure plate bolts? Also installing a fidenza flywheel, do you loctite the flywheel bolts also?
