i want to install a water temp gauge but don t knwo where. I have a mechanical one with the probe but dont think it will work anywhere. i want to get an electric but shoudl i just tap into the stock cooling system wires or get one of these oens that go in between teh radiator hose?

If you can find a electronic gauge with a 3/8" NPT sender install it where the plug in the thermostat neck is.
